General betting rules

These rules apply whenever you use our casino games, slots, live casino tables or any other betting product made available through your account. You must read and understand the rules for a game before placing a bet. The instructions, paytable, betting limits and other information shown in the game form part of the rules for that game.

Your account and your responsibility

You may hold and use only one account with us. An account must be opened in your own name and used only by you. You must keep your login details secure and must not allow another person to place bets or play games through your account. We may suspend activity, cancel affected play or take other action where we have reason to believe that an account is being used by someone else or that these rules have not been followed.

You must be aged 18 or over to use our gambling services. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the site is lawful and permitted where you are located. We may ask for information or documents to verify your identity, age, account details or source of funds. Until the required checks are completed, some account functions may be restricted.

We hold the gaming licence required for our services and verify accounts in line with applicable requirements. We may refuse, suspend or limit access where an account cannot be verified, where information is incomplete or where there is a concern about account security, safer gambling or compliance.

Bets are final once placed

A bet, spin or game round is final once it has been accepted by our system. You cannot cancel, amend or withdraw it after acceptance, unless the applicable game rules or these Betting Rules say that the play is void. You should check the stake, selected options and game details before confirming each bet.

The balance used for play is shown in your account or in the game. Depending on the funds available and the conditions attached to them, a bet may be taken from your real-money balance, bonus balance or a combination of balances. The order in which balances are used is shown in the applicable bonus terms or account information.

Real-money and bonus-balance play

Real-money play uses funds that are available for betting without bonus conditions, subject to any account limits or restrictions. Bonus-balance play uses promotional funds and is subject to the bonus terms displayed when the bonus is offered or applied. A win from bonus play may remain subject to wagering, game, stake, withdrawal or other conditions until those terms have been met.

You must not use a bonus in a way that abuses the bonus terms or attempts to obtain an unfair advantage. We may remove a bonus, cancel bonus-related winnings or restrict an account where there is a breach of the applicable terms, misuse of the offer or activity that conflicts with the purpose of the bonus.

Safer gambling controls

Please gamble only with money you can afford to lose and set limits before you play. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools are available through the account controls or support team. A limit may prevent further deposits or play once it is reached, while a time-out pauses access for the period selected. Self-exclusion prevents you from using the gambling service for the chosen period and should be used where you want a longer break.

We may also apply account limits or other safer gambling measures where appropriate. If gambling is causing concern, support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline. You can also contact us through live chat or by e-mail at support@partyspinz-casino.co.uk.

How bets and spins are settled

Bets and spins are settled using the result recorded by the game server. The server records the accepted stake, the game state, the outcome and any applicable paytable or settlement calculation. The result shown by the game server is final, subject to the malfunction provisions below and any specific rule displayed by the relevant game.

Game rules and paytables apply

Each game has its own instructions. These may explain the available stakes, winning combinations, features, bonus rounds, symbols, multipliers, paylines, side bets, settlement order and any limits. You should read the in-game help before playing and should not rely on an animation or visual display alone to determine an outcome.

The paytable for the game determines the amount payable for an eligible outcome. Where a game has a separate rule for a feature, bonus round or free spin, that rule applies to the relevant part of the play. If information in the game changes because of an update, the information displayed at the time of play will normally apply, except where a technical correction or void is required.

Return to player information

The return-to-player figure, commonly called RTP, is shown in each game where applicable. RTP is a long-term statistical figure for the game and is not a promise about the result of an individual bet, session or account. Short-term results can be different from the displayed figure, and previous outcomes do not change the probability of a later outcome.

A displayed win is credited according to the game server result and the applicable paytable. A result may remain pending while the system completes settlement. You must not treat a displayed animation, an interrupted screen or a temporary balance change as final until the game has completed or the result has been settled in your account.

Settlement records

Your account history may show the stake, game, time, outcome and amount settled. The exact information available can depend on the type of game and the stage of settlement. If the game closes before the result is displayed, sign in again and check the account history or reopen the game after the connection is restored. Do not place another bet solely because a previous round is not immediately visible.

Where there is a difference between a visual display and the server record, the server record controls. We may correct an obvious display or balance error, including a technical error that credits a win which was not generated by the game. Any correction will be made in accordance with the applicable game rules and account terms.

Malfunctions and disconnected games

A malfunction includes a technical failure, software error, communication fault, incorrect game state, interrupted settlement or other defect that affects a game or its result. If a malfunction affects play, the affected play and any pays arising from it are void. This means that no stake, win, feature, bonus round or other payment caused by the malfunction will be treated as valid.

We may correct the account balance and game history after identifying a malfunction. Where money has been credited because of an error, we may remove the incorrect credit. Where a valid stake has been affected, we will handle it in accordance with the game rules and the available server record. A malfunction does not create a right to a payment that the game did not validly generate.

What happens after a disconnection

If you lose your internet connection, close the game, leave the site or experience a device problem, the game may continue to process the accepted round on the server. A disconnected game will resume or settle when you reconnect, where the game supports that process. You should sign in again and allow the game or account history time to show the outcome before taking further action.

A disconnection does not automatically cancel an accepted bet. It also does not guarantee that an unfinished round will be replayed from the beginning. The final treatment depends on the server record and the rules of the particular game. If the game cannot resume or settle normally because of a malfunction, the affected play will be handled under the malfunction rule above.

Reporting a technical problem

If a game does not load, appears to show the wrong balance or remains unfinished after you reconnect, stop playing that game and contact support. Include the name of the game, the approximate time, the stake if known and any round or transaction reference shown in your account. Screenshots may help us identify the issue, but do not send passwords or other confidential login details.

Bonus play rules

Bonus funds are not the same as unrestricted real-money funds. Every bonus has conditions that explain who can use it, how it is activated, when it expires, which games count, the required wagering amount, any maximum bet and how winnings are treated. The bonus terms shown with the offer apply to that bonus and must be read before you opt in or use the funds.

Maximum bet and game contributions

A bonus may have a maximum bet. This limit can apply to each spin, hand, round, stake or other unit of play, including the value of any selected features where the bonus terms say so. Placing a bet above the stated maximum can breach the bonus terms even if the game accepts the bet. If a breach occurs, we may cancel the bonus and bonus-related winnings in line with those terms.

Different games may contribute at different rates towards a wagering requirement. Some games or features may make no contribution, while others may contribute fully or at the percentage shown in the bonus terms. The contribution shown for a game applies to eligible play only and does not change the game’s paytable, RTP or normal settlement rules.

Using and withdrawing bonus funds

The bonus balance, wagering progress and any remaining conditions may be shown in your account. We may use the balance rules set out in the bonus terms when deciding whether a stake is taken from real money or bonus funds. If you withdraw before completing the stated requirements, the bonus and any winnings that depend on it may be removed or treated as described in the offer terms.

A bonus cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the stated withdrawal process or used by another person. You must not create or use multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus more than once. If an account is closed, restricted or excluded, bonus access and any associated conditions may also be affected.

Questions about a bonus

The specific bonus terms take priority over this general section where they contain a more detailed rule. If you are unsure whether a game, stake or feature qualifies, check the terms shown in your account before playing. Our support team can explain where the relevant conditions are displayed but cannot change a bonus requirement after play has started.

Live casino and table games

Live casino and table games operate under the rules displayed in the individual table. Those rules explain the available bets, minimum and maximum stakes, betting periods, dealing procedure, winning outcomes, tie treatment, side bets and settlement method. You must read the table help before joining a game, particularly where you are not familiar with the game or its terminology.

Dealer decisions and the game record

The dealer conducts the game according to the applicable table rules. Dealer decisions, the accepted game record and the result recorded by the live game server are final, subject to an identified malfunction or an error in the recorded result. The dealer’s visible actions, the order of events and the table state are part of the game process.

A dealer may call for a result, collect a bet, deal a card, spin a wheel or take another action in accordance with the table rules. If the feed or display is delayed, the server record still determines whether your bet was accepted and how it settled. A visual delay does not extend the betting period or create an opportunity to change an accepted bet.

Late bets and closed betting periods

Bets are accepted only during the betting period shown at the table. A bet submitted after betting has closed is a late bet and will not be accepted for that round. If the interface appears to accept an action after the closing point but the server does not record an accepted bet, the action will not be settled as a valid wager.

If a bet is accepted before the betting period closes, it remains subject to the table rules even if the screen later shows a delay or connection issue. Do not assume that pressing a button means a bet was accepted. Check the confirmation and account history, and contact support if the status remains unclear.

Table-specific rules

The help panel for each table contains the rules that apply to that table. These may differ between versions of the same type of game, including the available side bets, dealing sequence, settlement of ties and treatment of interrupted rounds. Where a table rule is more specific than these general Betting Rules, the table rule applies to that part of the game.

If a live table is interrupted, the round may resume or settle when the connection is restored. If the server cannot establish a valid result because of a malfunction, the affected play is void under the malfunction provisions. We may use the table recording and server data to establish the accepted bets and outcome.

Disputes and support

If you believe that a bet, spin, table round or account settlement has not been handled in accordance with these rules, contact us as soon as possible. Send your dispute to support@partyspinz-casino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. We will need enough information to identify the play and understand what happened.

Information to include

  • The game or table name.
  • The approximate date and time of the play.
  • The round, bet, transaction or hand reference, if one is shown.
  • The stake amount and the result displayed in your account, where known.
  • A clear description of the issue, including any error message or disconnection.
  • Relevant screenshots that do not contain your password or unnecessary personal information.

Please contact us from the e-mail address registered to your account where possible. This helps us identify your account and protect your information. We may ask for additional details or account verification before discussing a transaction or changing account information.

How we handle a dispute

We will look into the available account, game and server records and apply the relevant game rules, bonus terms and these Betting Rules. The server record is normally the primary source for confirming whether a bet was accepted and how it settled. A visual error, delayed display or missing animation does not by itself change the recorded outcome.

We may need time to obtain information about a live table, technical incident or interrupted round. While a dispute is being handled, do not repeatedly place the same bet or attempt to recreate the disputed play. Any later bets are separate and will be treated under the rules that apply when they are accepted.

Our support team will explain the outcome using the information available to us. If you remain dissatisfied, reply to the support correspondence so the matter can be considered again with any additional information you can provide. These rules do not remove any rights you may have under applicable law or the account terms.
